ION+ The Bricks is scientifically formulated as an everyday brewing water profile for light-roasted specialty coffees. Created in collaboration with The Bricks Café, Johor, this mineral profile was designed to produce consistently sweet, structured, and approachable cups while simplifying the brewing process. Its balanced composition enhances extraction consistency, making it easier to achieve delicious results regardless of brewing experience.

Developed alongside Zac, owner of The Bricks Café, the goal was simple: create a water profile that reduces training complexity while maintaining exceptional cup quality. By optimising the mineral balance, The Bricks helps baristas brew with greater confidence and consistency, allowing even new team members to produce an excellent cup with minimal adjustments.

How to use:

• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• Fill distilled or RO water in a kettle or container, add the Ion+ solution using the dropper, mix well, and check the ppm with your meter.
• Suggested PPM is 40-50ppm, roughly around 18-25 drops for a litre.
• Or add drops of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1-3 drops into your coffee.
