Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Malaysia. Orders are fulfilled from our Sri Wangsaria location via EasyParcel — you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. West Malaysia is typically faster; East Malaysia may take a little longer.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. We have two locations you can collect from. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

What's your return policy?

Coffee and food items are non-returnable due to the nature of the products. Merch can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund policy for details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at hanicoffeeroastery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo and your order number — we'll sort it out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using an airtight container and grinding only what you need. Once opened, best within 2–4 weeks.
