Filter Selection Subscription – Pick Your Beans

Your first pack ships on the 5th after you subscribe (orders close on the 1st). A filter coffee subscription: one bag a month for 3 months, and you pick which single origin arrives each month. Pay once per 3-month period.

Pick your beans: choose a bean for Month 1, Month 2 and Month 3 when you order (you can pick the same bean more than once). Your picks are set once at checkout and are not chosen again each month. The price is the total retail price of your three bags, less 10%.

Please note that our 150g and 200g bags hold different amounts of coffee, so your monthly quantity depends on the beans you pick.

If a bean you picked sells out, we will replace it with a bean of similar value and let you know before we ship.

Grind: Whole bean, Espresso, Moka pot, Pour over or French press – choose your grind when you subscribe. The same grind is used for all three months.

Schedule: orders close on the 1st of each month and ship on the 5th. If the 5th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we ship on the next working day. Month 1 is the first shipment after you subscribe, and months 2 and 3 ship on the 5th of the following two months.

Shipping: free in West Malaysia. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: shipping is charged per 3-month period by total weight (e.g. one 3-month selection RM75), added automatically at checkout based on your address. East Malaysia orders ship via Pos Laju. Singapore: shipping is charged per 3-month period by total weight (e.g. Milk God 200g RM75; Milk God 1kg or a 3-month Filter Selection RM96), added automatically at checkout. International orders: any import duties, taxes (e.g. GST) or customs fees are paid by the customer and are not included in the price or shipping.

Renewal: before your 3-month period ends, we'll send you a payment link by email or WhatsApp. Pay it to continue for another 3 months. No automatic charges; if you don't renew, your subscription simply ends.

Terms: the paid period is non-refundable. You can cancel any time before the next renewal. If a renewal is not paid by the 1st, that shipment moves to the following month.

Ships on the 5th of each month. West Malaysia: approx. 3–5 business days; East Malaysia: approx. 5–10 business days; Singapore: approx. 3–7 business days. Deliveries may be delayed during festive and year-end periods.
